
X-Marks the Pedwalk announces new album autumn 2009
Sevren Ni-Arb and Raive Yarx met at Sevren´s place on March 15th to create ideas and materials for a new approach and draw the conclusion: XMTP will be back with a new album which will allready be released 2009. There has been an album title in Sevren´s mind for a long time, which will be the conceptional base. Sevren and Raive have begun to design and construct first contents and have discussed ideas for the musical style. First steps have already been made. I spent a great weekend with Raive. We started making plans for the future from the first moment never pausing on footsteps in the past. Now we are looking forward to a lot of creative work!

Ahá es actualmente la sensacion en el Reino Unido. Después de poner en los encabezados del iTunes Live Festival del 24 de julio en Londres, la banda ahora también hizo un set de 7 tracks para el programa de la BBC "2" conducido por Dermot O'Leary. Entre sus propias canciones ellos sorprendendieron al publico al tocar una version del clasico "A question of lust" de Depeche Mode. También incluido en el set de siete canciónes para Dermot O'Leary en vivo desde los estudios Maida Vale de la BBC en Londres estan "Take On me", "Hunting high and low" y "Riding the crest" asi como el sencillo "Analogue" del 2006.

A-ha is quite hot in the UK. After headlining the iTunes live Festival on July 24th in London, the band now also did a 7-track set for the BBC 2 radio show by Dermot O'Leary. Between their own songs they surprisingly also played "A question of lust" by Depeche Mode. Also included in the seven song set for Dermot O'Leary live from the BBC's Maida Vale studios in London were "Take On Me", "Hunting High & Low", "Riding The Crest" and the 2006 single "Analogue".

Leather Strip completa la banda sonora para la pelicula "Dark Passages"
El artista industrial Danes Claus Larsen recientemente completó el resultado de música lleno para la película "Dark Passages" que debería ser lanzado en la primera mitad del 2010. Se Preguntó al artista cual fue su método de trabajo para formar esta banda sonora: "compuse todas las canciones luego de leer el asombroso y escalofriante guion, cuando por lo general los compositores esperan a ver el corto final para componer sobre el, yo forme mi propia pequeña película en mi cabeza y escribi las canciones. Mi trabajo esta hecho. Ahora sólo quiero esperar un poco a la película!! El hecho que finalmente conseguí la posibilidad de componer una banda sonora es asombroso y uno de mis sueños más grandes hechos realidad.

Denmark’s leading industrial artist Claus Larsen recently completed the full music score for the movie "Dark Passages" which should be released in the first half of 2010. We asked the artist what his working method was when composing this soundtrack: "I composed all the songs from reading the amazing and scary script. (...) Composers usually only get the final cut to compose from, here I got to get my own little film going in my head while writing the songs. My job is done. So now we just got to wait a little for the movie!! The fact that I finally got the chance to write a soundtrack is just amazing and one of my biggest dreams come true."

Ay Bro.. no manches, cuando escuché el cover de "A question of lust", me fui de na... ¡espaldas, espaldas!
Pero no por lo bueno... sino por lo malo.
Prefiero recordarlos con "Take on me" y su -para esos años- innovador vídeo.
Jajajaja, tienes razon sis XD yo lo estaba escuchando cuando estaba traduciendo la noticia, y en verdad es malo, pero pues ya ves como es la Payola.... perdon digo la prensa "especialite" jejeje, ya con tanto Reggaeton la verdad es que ya hasta ese cover es bueno :P
